When a client requests direct administrative access to their WordPress website, it changes how the website is managed and introduces additional security, maintenance, and support considerations. This Client Release Agreement outlines the responsibilities that accompany administrative access and clarifies how future maintenance, security, troubleshooting, and technical support will be handled.
