- I accept and assume full responsibility for all software that I install on the website.

- I understand that requests to Intelligent Evolution, Inc. to restore functionality, or investigate issues on the Customer's website or restore the website from a backup version will be billed at Intelligent Evolution's customary hourly rate.

- I understand the labor cost to restore the website from a backup copy of the website will be borne by the Customer. Intelligent Evolution will not be responsible for any loss of text, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, data, customer data, or software, in any medium.

- I understand that Intelligent Evolution provides managed WordPress hosting services. WordPress core software and plugins will be updated when available. No representation or warranty is made regarding the future use of plugins that either Intelligent Evolution or the Customer installs.

- In the event that a Customer-installed plugin causes server issues or is no longer supported by the most recent version of WordPress or by the plugin author or is not longer compatible with the most recent version of the MySQL database, Intelligent Evolution will disable and/or uninstall the plugin. The cost to replace or redevelop the affected plugin will be borne by the Customer.
